INTERVIEW | ACTRICE GEORGINA VERBAAN

29.5.15

FASHION | WHAT THE HELL SHALL I SAY?

24.5.15

I am sitting behind my desk, thinking about words to accompany this picture. What the hell can I say about it? That I am sitting in a window, waiting for my brother to return from his shopping spree? And that I could not handle going with him, since he decided to buy some garden furniture during quite possibly the busiest weekend of the year? That would be boring. It would be true though.

ART | EXPO PABLO LÜCKER AT VONDEL CS

22.5.15

This Sunday, Vondel CS will be the scene to a colorful exhibition by Dutch artist Pablo Lücker. I have been told that I can expect pink elephants, who become artists that fly around the world in private jets. Not to mention the tigers that play the saxophone on the moon. What a sight will that be! Attending this opening is therefore a no-brainer. Especially since there will be guest performances by other artists like Bas Kosters and Mano Bouzamour. To hell with lazy Sunday brunches. Art, drinks and music is my thing!

DESIGN | INK HOTEL AMSTERDAM

17.5.15

Last month, a beautiful hotel opened its doors in the city center. The INK Hotel is located in a building that was formerly owned by HP De Tijd, a Dutch magazine. I must have crossed it a thousand times, but sometimes an invitation for a tour and cocktails is what it takes to actually notice it. The INK Hotel has turned into a beautiful lifestyle hotel and is quite possibly one of the best places to work and meet for coffee in this area. All of us online entrepreneurs are the PRESSROOM's - the name of the lobby and restaurant - target audience, so think copper tables, soft couches and sockets to plug in our laptops all over the place. Halleluja!
