LIST | 5 INTERIOR DESIGN BLOGS

The fact that you obviously liked my last list so much - I think this was my best rating post ever -, I learned something about you. I learned that you not only like my style updates, but that you are true interior design lovers! So therefore, I thought that I owe you another interior design related list. So today I give you my 5 favorite interior design blogs. Blogs that I used as an inspiration for decorating my own home or that I just love checking out on a regular basis. Blogs that make me feel like I am coming home. As I think that that is what interior design blogs should do. So..let's do this!

1. April and May

As I am not a seasoned interior design blogger - I only started to become really interested in this when me and my boyfriend bought our first home. - I only recently discovered some great interior design blogs. My favorite is April and May. Their clean sense of style is exactly how I like my interior to be: clean, but when you walk in it has to feel homey. It seems like they have the same love for white, wooden floors as I do, and every time I visit their blog I leave with tons of inspiration to apply to my own home. And even better: Aprily and May has a webshop with cool graphics, minimalistic jewelry and a buch of random other cool accessories!

2. Vosgues Paris

My second favorite blog. It might have something to do with my own taste, but Vosgues Paris is also really into the industrial kind of style. Albeit a little more graphic and arty. Think: a lot of white, wooden furniture and muted toned decorations. Although I like my home to have a little pop of color, I can not stop staring at these perfect decors that Vosgues Paris shows us. An amazing melting pot of Scandinavian and French design. 

3. Emma's Design Blog

This blog is the perfect mix between interior design, art and a little bit of fashion. I mean, what can I say? I just like the blogs that make a cross-over between different creative sectors. - Noticed I am putting more effort into other posts than just fashion lately? ;-)) - Further more, I just love Emma's sense of style. Again, quite industrial and clean, but so sophisticated and creative. Can not stop clicking through her posts on a regular basis. 

4. Interior Junkie

I already showed you her Pinterest account last week, but Elisah's blog is equally as inspirational. I especially love her own home actually. It is so beautifully decorated, with just the right balance between industrial elements and a pop of color. I mean, that cherry blossom tree is awesome!  

5. The Brick House

Aaaah this blog is amazing. And...not only for girls, but definitely for guys! Maybe even more for guys. This blog is about renovating 'The Brick House'. I love how the renovation is done mostly with affordable materials. Because hey, we can not all afford that Italic design right? The Brick House also features a lot of DIY's. So a little different from the other blogs, but therefore so interesting. Maybe something to show your man soon? ;-)
